Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. 

Emails sent over the weekend will be answered on the following business day, in the order received.

*Please note email responses may be delayed during a Sale, due to a high volume of inquiries. We will respond within 24hours, on business days only.


RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise is accepted for exchange or store credit if returned in salable condition within 7 days of the ship date. Please email your concern/discrepancy right away when receiving the package, include your name, ordered item and a detailed note of why you are requesting an exchange or credit/refund.


SHIPPING:

Orders takes 2-3 business days before shipping. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

Please allow an estimate of 15 to 20 business days for delivery worldwide.

Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

 **During holiday seasons please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual.
